The Mindful Online Community
Seneca Hemisphere Exercises is an online community that provides free tools for mindfulness practice to those who are interested in teaching mindfulness meditation as well as those who practice it themselves. Seneca training enables us to have more compassionate and insightful relationships with both ourselves and other people. When we change the manner in which we interact with the environment, we become aware that our own experience of life is changing in ways that are more satisfying.
